This page will take you through the five simple steps to create a website design that looks professional and helps to get your business up and running on the web.
There are five steps to creating your design, these are:
1) Choose your colour theme
2) Choose how you want the top of the page to look
3) Choose how you want the menu bar to look
4) Choose how you want the header to look.
5) Choose a foreground photo or include your logo.
The sections below will take you through the steps one at at time. In each step just click on the button that best reflects how you want your website to look. Don't forget to hit the "Submit" button at the bottom of the page. We will get your website ready within 48 hours. In the meantime please email over any text you have ready for your website and we will load this from day 1. We will send you all the details you need to add text yourself once the website is up and running.
OK, lets get going with Step 1.
There are 9 colour themes available in our templates which are shown in the table below. Don't worry about the picture or the words, these will be under your control once the website is set up, we are just choosing the colour theme at this stage. If you like the colours of one option but don't want a big header block of colour at the top there is a chance to add a photo to the header in Step 4.
There are three rows, the first row has colours with white backgrounds, the second row have coloured backgrounds, and the third row have a grey background.
Please have a look through the options below and click the button for the one you prefer, and then scroll down to Step 2.
The menu that shows the pages on your website can be above the header block, as the first example, or it can be below the header block as in the second example. Which do you prefer? Don't worry about the colours, when creating your website we will use the colours you choose in Step , all you need to do here is decide where you want your menu to appear.
In the examples we have shown you so far the header goes to the top of the page, as in the first example below. This step gives you the choice of having a top border.
The header is the block of colour at the top of the page. You can leave this as a block of colour or add a silk abstract pattern. Alternatively you can add a photo from the choices shown below.
Almost there, this is the last step. We have a number of foreground photos that can be added to the header section, or you can add your logo. If you have chosen to use a header photo from the section above this foreground photo will be shown over the top. If you want to use a logo please select the logo option and then email th logo to us.
That's it.
