Trading Standards have introduced regulations for mail forwarding operators in London. Due to the number of rogue traders using mail forwarding addresses regulations have been introduced requiring us to obtain two pieces of identity from our customers before the London mail forwarding service can be activated. Our customers typically fax or scan their driving licence and a utility bill showing the address they want their mail forwarded to. We can activate your London mail forwarding account within a few hours of receiving the proof of identity.
Please note not all mail forwarding providers in London are complying with these new regulations yet. Although this means it takes a little more effort to order the Office Answers service we hope it demonstrates that we provide a professional service and comply with the regulations.
