Many of our customers are in startup phase and do not receive a large number of calls or post. That is why we have included £10 worth of calls and £5 worth of postage in this package so for many businesses there will be no additional charges. As you business grows and you get busier you may go over this allowance in which case the following charges apply to the additional usage:
calls answered by receptionists are charged at 85 pence per minute.
additional postage is charged at the postage cost + 10%
All prices stated are subject to VAT.
This package includes a 0844 telephone number. You can use this number as your main contact number or divert an existing telephone number to it.
We can also offer a Manchester 0161 number for £10 per month.
We provide a full range of telephone services including voicemail for out of hours calls, and automated answering systems instead of the live receptionist service.
We can also offer a fax to email service for £7.50 per month with an 0844 number or £12.50 per month with a Manchester 0161 number
Finally, if you are setting up a Limited company you can use the business address as your registered office for an additional charge of £10 per month.

Office Answers Ltd was established in 2004 by Clare and Ian Marshall to provide telephone answering and virtual office services to small businesses.
Back then we only had 20 customers and gave each one our personal attention.
It's now 2012 and we will give you the same personal attention, leaving you thinking we still only have 20 customers, even though we have grown quite a fair bit over the years.
