Virtual Office prices

Set up = £25
Subscription = £50 per month in London, £55 per month in Manchester

This package includes our business address with mail forwarding and £5 of post include per month, plus an 0845 telephone number with calls answered in your company name and £10 of receptionist time per month. 

Additional receptionist time is charged at 85 pence per minute

Set up = £25
Subscription = £20 per month
Calls = 85 pence per minute

sending email = Free of charge
sending text message = Free of charge

Mail Forwarding

Set up = £25
Subscription = £30 per month for London, £35 per month for Manchester
Post forwarded at postage cost plus 10% handling fee.

Telephone Numbers

0845 number provided free of charge with any of our services

Any UK area code number = £10 per month
This includes up to 100 minutes per month of calls forwarded to a UK landline.  Calls forwarded to a mobile are at 12 pence per minute and subject to payment of a deposit.

We can also provide advanced call routing features such as ringing more than one number, time of day routing etc for a small additional charge.  Please contact us to discuss your requirements.

Voicemail to email

Voicemail to email = £7.50 per month   (based on an 0845 number)

A greeting is recorded for you and any messages left are stored as a WAV file and sent to you as an email attachment.

Voicemail to email is often used by our receptionist customers for out of hours calls.  If you just want a standalone voicemail to email solution we are very happy to provide this on an 0845 number for £7.50 per month, or on any UK area code number for £12.50 per month.

No charge for voicemails received.

Fax to email

Fax to email = £7.50 per month   (based on an 0845 number)

Faxes are received and stored as a pdf file and sent to you as an email attachment.

Fax to email with a UK area code number = £12.50 per month

No charge for faxes received.

IVR - Auto Attendant

Set up = £25

Subscription = £20 per month

Calls routed to UK Landline = 2 pence per minute

Calls routed to UK Mobile = 12 pence per minute

These prices are based upon a single level of options and up to five extension choices and includes recording of the greetings, configuration and testing.  We do reserve the right to charge a little more for more complex requirements so please give us a call to discuss your requirements.
