Not only does this show that we comply with the regulations for data protection but it shows we are committed to running a professional company that respects the privacy of the people we deal with.
If you offer us your email address and/telephone number when making enquiries about our services we may use this to follow up on the information we have provided. We do use an automated email system for some enquiries and this may send up to a maximum of five follow up emails. Each email contains an unsubscribe link if you do not want to receive any further information.
We will not pass your personal details to any third party for their marketing purposes. We may share your details with our business partners in order to provide our services and our own marketing activities. For instance any competitions we run are managed on our behalf by a third party.
In subscribing to one of our services we will require further information on you and your company. Introduction - this sweepstake competition is being run by Office Answers Ltd
Eligibility - The competition is open to active customers of Office Answers Ltd as at 1st November 2011
Timing - the competition begins on 1st November 2011 and ends on 4th January 2012
How to Enter - Entry to the competition is via the social networking site Facebook and requires the completion of a survey. Entries may also be submitted by email or by letter to Office Answers Ltd. Only one entry is permitted per customer organisation.
Prizes - the normal recurring subscription fee for the winner in the month of January 2012 will be waived for the winner. Other variable charges relating to the Office Answers service, such as telephone call charges and postal charges, are not included as part of the prize and will be invoiced as normal.
Selection of winner - the competition is managed through a third party application and their winner selection tool will be used to ensure a winner is selected at random.
Notification of Winner - The winner will be notified by email or telephone the week they are chosen.
Other Terms and Conditions - By entering this sweepstakes/contest, all entrants acknowledge that this sweepstakes/contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook. Office Answers Ltd will receive the information submitted by all entrants, not Facebook.

Office Answers Ltd was established in 2004 by Clare and Ian Marshall to provide telephone answering and virtual office services to small businesses.
Back then we only had 20 customers and gave each one our personal attention.
It's now 2012 and we will give you the same personal attention, leaving you thinking we still only have 20 customers, even though we have grown quite a fair bit over the years.
