Office Answers specialises in providing virtual office services to companies with less than five people. Many of our customers are in the early stages of growing their business and do not receive a large number of calls or post so we have included £10 worth of calls and £5 worth of postage in this virtual office London package.
For many small companies this will mean there are no additional costs. As you business grows and you get busier you may go over this allowance in which case the following charges apply to the additional usage:
- Calls answered by receptionists are charged at 85 pence per minute.
- Additional postage is charged at the postage cost + 10%
The Virtual Office London package includes a 0844 telephone number. You can add the option of a London 0203 number for £10 per month.
We can also offer a fax to email service for £7.50 per month with an 0844 number or £12.50 per month with a London 0203 number.
Finally, if you are setting up a Limited company you can use the business address as your registered office for an additional charge of £10 per month.

Office Answers Ltd was established in 2004 by Clare and Ian Marshall to provide telephone answering and virtual office services to small businesses.
Back then we only had 20 customers and gave each one our personal attention.
It's now 2012 and we will give you the same personal attention, leaving you thinking we still only have 20 customers, even though we have grown quite a fair bit over the years.
