The idea is to build up a series of pages which are simply thoughts, observations, tips etc from my own experiences of running a small business. Some of these were originally posted on business forums in response to other people asking questions. Others are where I have learnt something useful that I want to remember for the future. I used to make notes that I could refer back to but it's almost as easy to write the notes here and possibly someone else may discover them and find them useful.

Office Answers Ltd was established in 2004 by Clare and Ian Marshall to provide telephone answering and virtual office services to small businesses.
Back then we only had 20 customers and gave each one our personal attention.
It's now 2012 and we will give you the same personal attention, leaving you thinking we still only have 20 customers, even though we have grown quite a fair bit over the years.
