We are focussed on small and startup businesses of up to five people and we offer a personal, efficient and professional service. We are a small company ourselves so understand how important it is to have a service you can trust in order to grow your business.
We have been operating for over eight years and have seen a number of other companies enter the market n recent years. However we have continued to grow steadily which we believe is because we make each customer feel valued.

It is our business and the chances are one of us will answer your call, but if we are not available you will speaking to one of our receptionists who will take a message, just as they would for you.

Office Answers started in 2004 by offering a virtual receptionist service to small businesses. As time went on it became clear that many of our customers wanted additional or related services to help them create a professional image for their business. We speak to lots of people who are setting up their new business but they are still using a googlemail or aol type of email address. They know this does n't create a professional image but they have not got around to sorting out a domain name for emails and a website, or they are concerned about how much a professional website would cost. Office Answers Ltd is a family run small business established in 2004 by Clare and Ian Marshall to provide telephone answering and virtual office services to small businesses.
Back then we only had 20 customers and gave each one our personal attention.
It's now 2013 and we will give you the same personal attention, leaving you thinking we still only have 20 customers, even though we have grown quite a fair bit over the years.
